Riva provides a real estate technology platform that includes a social property discovery experience for buyers, an AI-powered agent dashboard and CRM for real estate professionals, and related tools for managing transactions, documents, and client communications.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent property listings or information
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform

5. Property Listings & Transactions

Riva facilitates property discovery and transaction management but is not a party to any real estate transaction. All property information is provided for informational purposes. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of listings, conducting due diligence, and engaging licensed professionals for legal, financial, and inspection services.

6. AI-Powered Features

Our platform uses artificial intelligence to assist with contract parsing, deadline tracking, and workflow automation. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated outputs are provided as tools to assist — not replace — professional judgment. Users should verify all AI-extracted information before relying on it for decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including text, graphics, logos, software, and design — are owned by Riva and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to the platform (documents, photos, listings). By uploading content, you grant Riva a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, and process that content as necessary to provide the Services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Riva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

11. Termination
